Peel, dice potatoes, and boil on high for 10 minutes or until softened.
Drain potatoes in a strainer, and add cooked potatoes back into the pot
Mash with fork
Add salt, pepper, butter, and heavy cream to mashed potatoes
Put back on heat until butter melts completely, and stir with a spatula
Add parmesan cheese, stir again
Serve and enjoy.
